General conditions of sales shall apply to all mail orders made by our company.

SECURE PAYMENT

You can safely pay your shopping on this website by credit card.
Like many other trusted sites, we have chosen the ATOS secure internet payment service. This guarantees we will never have your card number and this number will neither be printed nor stored during the transaction process on our website.
When you log in the secure area, the address in your browser changes from http//www to https//, the S meaning safe transaction process when entering your personal data.
Yet, if you don’t want to pay by credit card online, you can print your order and send it by mail with your payment.

In such a case :

• For France attach a bank or post cheque to your order payable to Institut Jérodia - Département FRANÇOISE MORICE, BP 7 46090 MERCUES - FRANCE
• For a foreign country attach an international money order to your order form, free of bank fees.

You can also make banking transfer of net expenses to our bank, after express consent.
All product prices are quoted in euros, taxes included, except processing and shipping costs. All the payments will be processed in this currency.
All our shipments are accompanied by an invoice showing detailed shipping costs and French VAT.
Our mail orders and our shipments are limited to countries mentioned in our sales conditions.

DELIVERY TIMES AND SHIPPING COSTS

After receipt of your order we will ship you the products as soon as possible.
Except specific and prior agreement all our shipments are posted. If no one is home when products are delivered, your order will be left at the post office. Your signature will ensure safe receipt of your parcel..
For Metropolitan France packages are generally dispatched within 5 working days after receipt of payment.
For the best shipping conditions the maximum weight is limited to 5kgs.

Metropolitan France - Corsica - Monaco :
Free shipping for minimum order of 80 €. Below that amount a flat-rate of 8 euros of shipping costs will be added to the total amount of the order.
Minimum amount of the order: 15 € - Maximum amount: 250 €

Martinique-Guadeloupe-Réunion-Guyana-St Pierre et Miquelon - Germany - Belgium - Spain – Great Britain - Italy - Luxembourg - Lichenstein - Portugal - Switzerland :
20€ of shipping costs for orders below 80 €, 12 € for orders over 80 €.
Minimum amount of the order 60 € - Maximum amount 200 €

CHECKING THE GOODS ON DELIVERY

You are reminded that you have to carry out an inspection on delivery and report us immediately about any loss or deterioration of the goods delivered as well as any delay in delivery so that we could take the necessary actions as soon as possible.
Complaints must be lodged within 7 working days after receipt of parcels and will be quickly processed. The goods will only be reimbursed if not unsealed and opened.
Then you will be charged with return costs. The price of the purchased product(s) only will be paid back. After the product(s) are returned we have agreed to pay back within 15 working days.
At receipt of the goods you can exercise your right of withdrawal under the conditions of article L121-20 of the consumer code, and you have to pay for the return. In such a case we have agreed to pay back within 30 days maximum after the recourse was exercised.
